Central vs Heritage Girls Basketball

Last Tuesday, the Heritage Lady Hawks hosted the crosstown rival. Central Christian Lady Crusaders in a non-region matchup. The Lady Hawks open the game with a 16-point first quarter and a 10-point second quarter while only giving up 10 points in the entire first half. Heritage finished it off with a 9-point third-quarter and 14 in the final period to seal the 49–29 victory over the Crusaders.

This extended the Heritage Lady Hawks’ winning streak to 11 games, and they remain undefeated on the season. This past Saturday, they hosted Creekside Christian Academy and improved to a 12-game and 12-0 record with a 47-35 win.

Their next game will be at home on Friday, 1/19 against region opponent, Brookstone. On Saturday, they will face off against Praise Academy from Powder Springs at State Farm Arena just hours before the Atlanta Hawks tipoff against the Cleveland Cavaliers (exact time still TBD).
