On Saturday, the Newnan High School Dance Team competed at the McIntosh Dance Invitational for their final competitive performance of the regular season. Their performances were in the Jazz and Pom routines, both of which they earned second place honorsfor the Class 5A-6A division. Next weekend, the Cougarettes will be traveling to the GHSA Dance State Championships in Macon to close out their season.
